Health & Fitness Guest Post
WellsyFit covers health, fitness, nutrition and everyday wellness. We write for people who want straightforward, practical information without the fluff. If that sounds like something you can contribute to, we would love to hear from you.
We are open to writers, healthcare professionals, nutritionists, fitness trainers and anyone who genuinely knows their subject. The bar is simple: good writing, accurate information and something our readers will actually find useful.

We Share What We Publish
Every article we publish gets shared across our social channels. That means your content gets seen beyond just search traffic, which is always a good thing for the writer behind it.

Before You Write
Submission Guidelines
Nothing complicated here. These are the basics we ask every contributor to follow.
What we want
- Original content that has not been published anywhere else
- 1,000 to 1,800 words with enough depth to be genuinely useful
- Accurate information backed by credible sources like PubMed, NHS or Mayo Clinic
- Clear structure with an intro, subheadings and a logical flow
- A readable tone that talks to people, not at them
- Short paragraphs that are easy to read on a screen
- Submitted as plain text or a Google Doc with view access shared
- Plagiarism free — we check every submission
What we do not publish
- Articles that read like advertisements for a product or service
- AI generated or spun content
- Anything already published on your blog or elsewhere
- Unverified medical claims or advice that skips professional guidance
- Thin content under 1,000 words with nothing new to say
- Topics with no connection to health, fitness or wellness
- Poorly written submissions with obvious grammar issues
- Multiple promotional links stuffed into the body
How It Works
How to Submit Your Article
Pick Your Topic
Look through the categories above and pick something you know well. A focused, specific topic always works better than a broad one. If you are unsure whether your idea is a good fit, just pitch it to us first before writing the full article.
Write Your Article
Write between 1,000 and 1,800 words. Keep it original, well-sourced and structured with clear subheadings. Read a few articles on WellsyFit first so you get a feel for the kind of content we publish and what our readers expect.
Send It Over
Email your article or pitch to contact@wellbeingdrive.com. Send it as a Google Doc link or paste the content directly in the email. We will get back to you once we have had a chance to review it.
Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. WellsyFit actively publishes health guest posts across fitness, nutrition, mental wellness, diseases, beauty and general health. If your article is original, well-written and useful to our readers, we want to hear from you. Send your pitch or article to contact@wellbeingdrive.com.
A health write for us page is where a health blog invites outside writers and contributors to submit guest articles. It outlines what topics the site covers, what the editorial standards are, and how to get in touch. This page is exactly that. We keep it simple because the process should be simple.
Between 1,000 and 1,800 words. That range gives you enough room to cover a topic properly without padding it out. Articles under 1,000 words rarely provide enough value to our readers so we do not publish them.
No. You do not need a medical degree to write for WellsyFit. What we do need is that your article is accurate, well-researched and references credible sources. Healthcare professionals, certified trainers, registered dietitians and experienced health writers are all welcome. So are passionate lay writers who know their subject and write about it honestly.
Absolutely. Fitness is one of our most active categories. Workout guides, training tips, recovery advice, home fitness ideas, sports nutrition — all of it is on the table. If it helps someone get more out of their training or understand their body better, we are interested.
Yes and we actually prefer it. Send us a short pitch first — a couple of sentences on what the article is about and why it would be useful to WellsyFit readers. That way you are not spending time writing something we might not be looking for right now. Email your pitch to contact@wellbeingdrive.com.
We do light editing for clarity, grammar and formatting. We do not rewrite your content or change your angle. Your voice stays in the article. If we need to make any significant changes we will flag them to you before the article goes live.
Email your article to contact@wellbeingdrive.com. You can paste the content directly in the email or share a Google Doc link. Include a short note about yourself and what the article covers. That is all we need to get started.
Once your article is published on WellsyFit it is exclusive to this platform. Publishing the same content elsewhere creates duplicate content issues that are not good for either of us. If you want to reference the article on your own site or blog, link back to the original on WellsyFit rather than republishing the full text.
We respond to every submission. If your article is not the right fit we will let you know so you can take it elsewhere or rework it. We do not leave writers hanging. If there are specific reasons your article did not work for us we will usually mention them so you have something useful to go on.
