2. Word Count — Minimum 1,000 Words We recommend between 1,200 and 2,500 words. Longer, in-depth articles tend to perform better in search engines and deliver more value to readers. Do not pad your article — and do not cut it short if the topic requires depth.

3. Evidence-Based and Accurate Health content carries real responsibility. Any factual claims, statistics, or medical statements must be supported by credible sources — peer-reviewed research, recognised health institutions, or established medical organisations. Unsupported health claims will not be published.

4. Well Structured Use clear H2 and H3 subheadings to organise your article. Write an engaging introduction, develop your points logically, and close with a useful summary or actionable takeaway for the reader.

5. One In-Article Link and One Bio Link You may include one relevant do-follow link within the article body. It must point to a genuinely useful resource — not a sales page, affiliate link, or unrelated website. Your author bio may include one additional link to your professional website or portfolio.

6. No Promotional or Advertorial Writing WellsyFit is a health resource, not an advertising platform. Articles written primarily to promote a product, service, or brand will be declined. If you are interested in sponsored content opportunities, contact us separately.

7. Submit as a Google Doc or Word Document Send your article as an editable document. Include your suggested H2 subheadings within the text, your author bio of 2 to 3 sentences, your professional title, and any relevant credentials.

8. Exclusive Rights for 90 Days Once published on WellsyFit, please do not republish the article on any other platform for a minimum of 90 days. After that period, republishing is permitted provided you include a canonical link pointing back to the original article on WellsyFit.

How to Submit Your Article

The submission process at WellsyFit is straightforward. Here is how it works from start to publication:

Step 1 — Write Your Article Follow the guidelines above. Aim for 1,200 or more words with clear subheadings, cited sources, and a strong opening that tells the reader exactly what they will learn. Include your author bio and your one in-article link within the document.

Step 2 — Send Your Submission Email your completed Google Doc or Word document to contact@wellbeingdrive.com. Use the subject line: Guest Post Submission — [Your Topic]. Include your name, professional title, and any relevant credentials in the email body.

Step 3 — Editorial Review Every submission is read by a real person on our editorial team. We will respond within 3 to 5 business days with one of three outcomes — accepted, accepted with revisions requested, or declined with brief feedback.

Step 4 — Revisions if Needed If we request changes, you will receive clear and specific feedback. Most revisions are minor. We do not request rewrites that change your voice or argument — only adjustments needed for accuracy, clarity, or guideline compliance.

Step 5 — Publication Accepted articles are published within 3 to 7 business days of final approval. You will receive the live URL on the day your article goes live so you can share it with your own audience. Your backlinks are in place from day one.
